REDOS is actively looking to increase its holdings by acquiring retail property
in Germany. Below is an overview of criteria of assets which could be of interest
to us:
- Existing retail parks (Fachmarktzentren) with restructuring potential
- Existing shopping malls with restructuring potential
- Stand-alone large food- and non-food retail properties with a minimum volume of € 10m
- Portfolios of retail assets with a minimum volume of € 20m
